"They canceled my roadside on my car and my child's vehicle for using the emergency roadside 4 times in one year due to a lemon i was sold from lee auto mall and that was back in 2023 i havent had to use roadside in well over a year now and my son got a flat the other day and come to find out they canceled our emergency roadside and never told me when we pay extra for that service they also over charge I've been with company for over 10 years they were great in the beginning but recently have gone down hill customer service is horrible very rude I'm beyond disappointed in this company and am now finding new insurance for my son and I pretty sad how they treat their long time customers."
